Comments

  • when I couldn't sit in the chair anymore about 34/35 weeks.
  • Im not working w/ this one..but w/ my son I work all thee way till I had him..which was i think he was 4 days early then due date
  • I'm actually stoping at 37 weeks, so I can get some last mnute things done anf d enjoy the way things are now, specially spend time with my family, my bd and my 11 month old.
  • Im due july 25th and if everything goes well my last day will be july 22nd
  • My baby is long about 24 in. so she makes sitting on the phone in a chair ridiculous. I sound like a sex phone operator. If I had a moving job I would still be at work. It's worth it, but damn lol. I can't sit up straight.
  • I'm due may 14, 3 days from my bday. I stop april 22nd my firsts first bday
  • I'm a housekeeper, lots of bending over, lifting, stairs, the fun stuff that makes your back scream for joy.. Sarcasm.lol
  • I'm scared my water will break at work, or that I start hving bad contractions whileon shift.. my hospital is about 20 min from here, but I would have to wait for a relief.. someone to get me.. and thennnn be on my way. @babynum2andproud! Wow, I have the up most respect for you working all the way through! @beatrice1436 yeah I ant to do that but I'm exhausted.. I just don't wantto work these graveyards any more :(
  • I already quit my job... too tired and my bp is borderline so...

@ mummybear Thanks i will do my best i just don't want to get lazy then it seems like time goes by so slow if i stay working time will fly, and im an orthodontist asst so i have a lot of patients that count on me
  • I'm due !1-11-11 but at work we always have a halloween costume contest (I always win 1st place) so I'm at least working til then gotta get my 6 year in a row trophy! I am the absolute best zombie lol but I switch it up!
  • Good job ladies I feel bad that I am not working anymore, but my doc even said it was causing problems with my ribs and lungs to continue. If it will cause problems with deluvery you may want to quit when you get closer. Delivering at work with no help won't ve a good thing. But you gotta so what you gotta do.
  • Im working ril labor... Tryin to pick up extra hours too... Unless me and baby cant handle it..

I have respect for you..since you are working and Im not :) and For all the working mommies :)
  • Working up until the day I go into labor. Quit working at 7mo the last time and felt terrible by the end bc I was so inactive. I feel much better this time but my hips hurt more bc all I do is walk around(server) plus im in school and its a big campus and I chase a 13mo old around when im home. Last pregnancy my hospital was an hour and a half away bc we moved mid pregnancy but I insisted on keeping my dr from back home. This time we will have to wait for grandparents to come watch our 13mo old, they are also an hour and a half away. So we aren't leaving for the hospital til they get here.
  • I quit as soon as I had a hunch that I was prego. I worked at a cleaners and I researched the chemicals they use and its said to cause miscarriages (which I had one last yr while working there) I was not about to risk it again. I was constantly inhaling that junk there was really no way around it. :\
