about my boobs

Okay so under my right boob it feels like i put icey hot there and it only happens at night and only the right boob i thought it was because of my bra but i took it off before i layed down. Any ideas on what it could be and anybody else. Its buggen the crap out of me.

    Maybe but it still feels the same and i haven't put on a bra all day :(

    Perhaps its just hormones, my for head feels like that some times I asked my doc he just said hormones :/

    Lol its just really buggen the crap out of me lol i have an apt on Monday so ill ask then its just weird
