Possible food poisoning?? Tmi

I am barely 12 weeks preggo and I think I might have had food poisoning last night, I threw up and had diarriah sorry for spelling. I also had severe cramps. I was worried it was a mc but as far as I know it was only cramping from the#2. I feel ok now still a lil crappy but should I go to the hospital, how could this affect my baby??

U should be fine as long as u don't let urself get dehydrated.
