need cold remedies

Anyone have any tips for sinus congestion relief for us preggo folks? I'm dying here..wish I could take meds...thanks in advance.

I had a sinus infection.now i have strep and bronchitis.i also seem to have a cold on top of that.Sudafed and netipot.also at bed time u can take 2 Tylenol pm.feel better.

Thanks! My daughter had a cold with strep and she gave the streep to husband and the cold to me..sucks.

Get a vaporizer humidifier thing. We got a vicks one when I had a cold. It helped me sleep for sure. I suffered during the day at work tho

I also used baby vicks at night on my chest n under my chin.I wanted something that wasn't too strong of a smell and the baby picks was perfect

Theraflu, Robitussin DM, Tylenol Cold, Mucinex. That's the ones my doctor suggested. Vicks vapor rub definitely works too.

My Dr also recommended Robitussin, just the regular stuff (generic Tussin)
