I cant ever seem to get enough sleep during the day but when it comes to the night I am wide awake and soooo tired its a never ending cycle. .. HELP! Any suggestions to help me sleep? Thanks
Well, I usually wake up for bathroom breaks every couple hours. Then 4 to 5 and I'm awake. It's horrible but I agree with Jenn_929. I can hardly take naps but if you have to sleep during the day to catch up a little. If it makes nightime worse, then try a tylenol pm or talk to doctor. My body seems to be raring to go on 5 or more hours. It's annoying. Good luck
