My favorite was playdough baby. Everyone made babies out of playdough n my favorite won! Bobbing for nipples funny! Just like bobing for apples. Also the baby bottles chug. First one to empty bottle wins LOL my aunt took off the nipple and downed it cheater LOL.
Baby bingo was cool gave people something to do while I opened gifts you have people guess the items you will receive fill up bingo cards with items and as you open they play.
At mine we played a candy bar one and you had to figure out what the candy had to do with pregnancy and labor and delivery, if you google it there is tons of ides, if you can't find it and want it let me know. But for example the candy runts=premie, now and laters= contractions
