I've been going to the dr every 2wks since I was 14wks..my cervix has been good up untill today...my lenght was 2.7 today but the last couple have been 3 or 3.5...I'm not sure how to feel cause I can think about is surgery where they stitch your cervix close..does anybody know how tht works?? I'm 20wks 4days ugggghhh idk what to do..

No I haven't but I did have a Leep done in June...I was worried lik what am I doin wrong tht in 2wks it has dropped...I've had so many thoughts..will I have to have c section I've been gin crazy these last couple of hours..once the cerclage is done will I have to be oln bed rest untll they take them out?

I had an issue with my cervix which turned out to be the u/s tech fault.

Oh you don't have to be on bed rest. They take it out around 36 weeks.

To be honest thts what I think the tech I had today was new and was unsure of a lot of things..the mfm doc wasn't there some my concerns haven't been answered yet but she said something about bed rest that's why I asked..thank you both ladies..

See mine was over 3.4 and then the next u/s it was 3.3. Everytime I have been checked it was still thick and long. I was seeing my Dr every 3 weeks from the beginning. He said I was risk but I got other opinnions and I'm not risk. Lol I'm 36 weeks tomorrow so I hope I'm dilating some

What I did when I was scared about my cervix is rest as much as possible. I will pray it was just a mistake.
