When did you know?

I am wondering how soon everyone else knew that they were pregnant.
I felt it, although I didn't know what it was a little over 2wks in (when my fetus began to grow).

I had a feeling bc my period is always on or around the 18th. I get terrible pms but when it was 18th and nothing, I knew right away.

This is my 4th and I actually didn't know that I was pregnant until I was already 16 weeks. Mostly because since I had my 3rd, I've only gotten my period once. My 3rd is 18 months ...I'm going on 22 weeks now.

I knew a week before AF was due... I was getting car sick and was REALLY tiredness

I had a feeling but kept ignoring it because I've had many pregnancy scares plus I had 2 periods. But I had an actual positive test result at 4 months

I had some clues starting the day after conception, but I was leery until I became pretty sure at 4 wks 3 days, took HPT at 4 wks 4 days and it was positive.

So I was on provera and clomid and I did the first round AND my period didn't come so docs did a blood test that came out negative then I started back on the provera again but my period never came the docs said I didn't even ovulate so I took a dollar store test I didn't want to waste an expensive one and I was pretty sure it would be negative but it was positive imagine the docs surprise AND not just her the us tech who said I didn't ovulate
