My sis in law is 6w and couple days. She went for u/s they said they. Saw the sack but no baby is that normal for 6w . They have her doing a 72hour hcg level check.

    At 6 weeks, my doc only saw the sac as well. I think about 7 weeks is when the heart starts beating. She could also be earlier than expected.
