Cooking Wine!

So i just made me some chicken....but threw in some white cooking wine! im eating but then i was like, lemme check the bottle out & see what it says...

alcohol by volume 12%

is that bad?! should i stop cooking with this?!

Am not to sure but I think the alcohol evaporate out when u cook it . I wanna know for sure to cuz I've done this 2 times

you should be fine sence it tends to cook the alcohol off well so ive been told but they say its ok to have whine once in awhile while pregnant so ur proble ok
