I had to have mtn dew all day every day, but now that im pregnant, I really cant tolerate it... I crave milk, oj, tea(sometimes) and fiji water! It makes me sad, cuz I LOVE mtn dew... Wish it would taste good again... My dr told me I can have one 12 oz a day, but my body says no...
I do decaf coffee but mt dew seems to settle my stomach when I don't feel so hot. I figure caffeine is better than me not eating. Especially since I hardly eat as it is. I am 11 weeks today and I have yet to gain any weight and this is my 3rd. It really is not good for the baby but a little won't hurt to much.
I have a serious coca cola addiction (looked too weird to say coke addiction!) so I just try to limit myself to 3 a day. I'll still have a blended coffee drink once in a while. I can't stand energy drinks tho! They would wind me up waaaay too much.
My birth mom screwed up with us so I am so scared to do anything. But doctors said one coffee or soda a day, and my bestie lived off mt dew and her little boy is awesome, so I do one or two cups of Joe a week or tea, and I steal sips of soda when my hubby drinks it in front if me first time mommy, so trying not to be paranoid!!!
this is my first full term pregnancy, and ive been living a normal life (as many people say you should)... i dont drink energy drinks (hardly did before)... in the beginning of my pregnancy, the ONLY thing i could stomach was water & a LITTLE bit of vernors (that was SUPPOSED to help with my nausea, & didnt).. now that im passed all the morning sickness days, im back to drinking normal, i drink apple juice now & then, i dont like it much.. & i drink a glass of milk daily, but im a HUGE mt dew/water drinker, i probably drink 2 20oz bottles of mt dew every other day (depending on if hubby will go to the store & buy me some) but i LOVE ice cold water now... i hardly ever drink coffee (i used to drink it daily) but ive become too lazy to make a pot lol, it seems much easier to put ice & water in a cup then do everything for coffee!

I don't like coffee as much as I used to, and I've never been a big soda drinker.
