Is their anything I can do to take my mind off anything going wrong with pregnancy I. 3 and a half months pregnant with my first baby and I'm 19

  • Go shopping or window shopping. ;)
  • Do non baby related things. It helped when I was waiting for my amino Results.
  • I agree. Stay busy with non baby stuff. Spend time with friends. I try to have one friend date a week. Keeps me occupied and distracted without over tiring myself out.
  • I think its nearly impossible to really not do non baby related things especially when pregnant with baby number one. Everyone and their brother asks about baby including friends, family and if you're showing strangers. If you can help it do positive baby related things. Start looking for nursery themes, baby bedding, maybe what baby will look like (hot mom or handsome pops)... maybe keep a baby log as to what you crave and how you feel day to day so maybe you can share with him or her in the future. I don't think you ever truly stop worrying ever... I have a almost four year old son and from the second I found out I was pregnant I was a worrying mess lol now that he's about to be four I'm stressing school and sandbox fights, or him not needing mommy as much. Its human nature to worry love so don't beat yourself up just try to do it like anything else in life with reason and in moderation.
