RASH!!!! please help

I have a rash under my boobs and inbetween its burning and it has a slight odor. I have to go to work today so i cant go to the doc, does anyone know what i can do until i go to urgent care tonight?

I get it sometimes too wash your bras and change them a lot and keep the area dry and it will go away
