Can the mother change the baby's last name to the fathers after dna test?? Can he still sign the birth certificate?? Can all this be done after baby is born??
Yes the babies last name can be changed. They dont have to have a DNA unless the dad is requesting one. I had a friend who's boyfriend was in a jail for 6 months and when he got out they just went down to the government building and he signed his name, no DNA needed. There may be a fee but I'm not too sure.
