Belly Spasms

I am 7 weeks pregnant and experienced the weirdest thing ever last night...belly spasams! It is a normal symptom (caused by muscles moving to accommodate your growing baby) that I was not expecting. For me it was in my upper left abdomen. Its the oddest And neatest feeling at first but then quickly becomes annoying when you are trying to fall asleep.

    I had something that felt like movement in my last pregnancy on my right side but I was like 12 weeks pregnant and its to early to feel such big movement and so far up on my belly I went to my Dr and he told me its my ligaments stretching out I'm having it again with these pregnancy it feels weird when it happens it startles me.

    It startled me and my husband! We had to Google it as soon as it happened.
