Need help

So I've ben having trouble sleeping because I can't breathe and when I do I wake up gasping for air and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on ways I can sleep

  • Try sleeping on your side with your arms around a firm pillow so your shoulders aren't falling closed when you sleep. Also during the day you can try stretching the muscles in your chest area out by clasping your hands behind your back and gently pulling your shoulders back until you feel a stretch, that might help open up your chest so you can breathe better at night. I would talk to your doctor because it might be something serious like sleep apnea.
  • @isaiahnjocelynsmommy I've tried sleeping on my back, both sides, alot of pillows, less pillows, etc...just tired and my I kno crying will only make it worst but idk what else to do
