Kicking? Placenta in front?

Does anyone know how long until you can feel the baby on the outside when the placenta is in front? I feel kicking but hubby cant at 21w 3d..

I can feel lightly from the outside.. This is my fourth and taking the longest to feel.. Its sad.. Hubby says he can't feel it though.. He tries everytime I tell him I feel it..
