M/c for you..Please Read

I was up all night with one of my friends who was 8wks and she called me crying saying that a big clump came out. Not sure if it was the baby or not, but she had no warning, No bleeding no cramping no pain. So my question is if you have had a m/c how did yours happen. did you bleed? what kind of pain or cramps did you have? And if you have any of these symptoms and still had a healthy pregnancy/baby? She is at the er with her husband so it could take hours to find out what is going on. So i am researching for her to maybe give her some hope.

I bled a clump at about lunch but as soon as I got home around 6 is when I experienced cramping. I went to the hospital and they told me id suffered a blighted ovum and had to have a d&c 2 days later. We are again expecting and so far so good. My prayers r with you and your friend. goodluck
