Chicken breast dipped in egg and french onion crumbs then baked...mash and broccoli with cheese it was my first time making chicken like that and surprisingly it was really good! I kept seeing the commercial for it lol thought id give it a try, kids loved it

@blissmarie23 lol oh I love fried plantains but I am not ghanian, I'm mixed. My mother is from sierra Leone in west Africa and my father is Jamaican so I have been introduced to foods from both countries and love them. I'm sure you will enjoy when your husbands aunty comes lol when are you due?
