stressed ?!

I'm 38 Weeks pregnant and I've been a little stressed had an arguement with my partner and now for a little over an hour I've had pains in my lower stomach and lower back cramps do you think this just because I've been worked up ??

There like on and of in my stomach but still have lower back ache I'm gonna wait and see if the pain increases and I'll call it could just be because I've been upset what do you think ?
