I almost did. My first is 7 and my second is 13 months. I wanted them to be closer in age but my older one is such a great big brother. He understands that sometimes mommy has to do something for his sister bc she can't so it herself. There has been no jealousy at all. My suggestion is to keep your first child as involved as possible. My son came to my dr appts and we let him pick the first outfit for her. He loved being involved. We didn't want him to think he was being replaced. Gl :0)
