I'm about 15 weeks & I keep thinking I feel the baby move. It was once Sunday & one time yesterday. This is my second baby so I know what to look for but I'm doubting it might just be gas ):
I feel the same way... grrrr lol. Sometimes I feel sudden jerks in my tummy or feel like something popped in there and in my mind I want it to be the baby but in the back of my mind feel like its just gas. I cant wait to know the feeling for sure. This is my first.
Congratulations! This is my second but my first again because my son passed at four months old. Its the best feeling for first time moms! (: but yeah I feel like that all the time... I think its the baby then I'm like its gas, lol. But believe me, you'll know when the baby kicks for sure. Right now its flutters, but the kicks are amazing!
@richjen24 your right. Always follow that gut feeling. My first I felt him move at this time too so I know its possible but I don't wanna get my hopes up for gas, lol.
This is #4 for me...11 weeks tomorrow and I felt my baby move for the first time yesterday...I too was unsure but decided that it just has to be my LOL jellybean!!!
@uh_Lyss_uhh I cant wait to feel the actual kicks either, even though Ive heard they get uncomfortable after awhile, I want to feel that bond you know?? And then to know hes alright because you feel those kicks... grrr bring it on. lol
I vote kicks! I remember the movements feeling close to bubbles in my tummy. I usually have strong/painful gas pains that sit lower then the baby movement I felt. So it was easier for me to tell the difference. If the movements are up higher I would vote baby kicks!
Congrats momma, so exciting. Do you have an ultrasound scheduled?
@preggogiggles that's why I thought it was a kick because it was higher than gas. & both times I've felt it I was laying on my back. So I'm sure it was kicks (: & I had my early ultrasounds but my next isn't till late May early June ): I wanna know what I'm having but my doc wont tl me till I'm 20 wks.
