Feeling the baby move too high for how far along I am?

I am 23 weeks 4 days, feeling actual kicking about 4 inches above my belly button....I know it's not gas or anything because I can see and feel it from the outside...does this mean I'm farther along then my doctor said I was? Or maybe the baby is bigger than they thought? Please help!

I felt my lil man that high around the same time. I believe its normal

Its normal... im 30weeks and kickn like crazy up high. And she getz.hiccups very often and i feel those on my pelvic area... meaning shes positioned. And i just think its to early...

I just wasn't sure because supposedly my uterus is only an inch and a half above my belly button now...
