I wanted to know how long after the baby drops and cervix is soft, is labor coming? Or could it still be awhile I'm only one cm, my cervix is soft and baby has dropped, I get tons of braxton hicks and contractions in my back..

It could happen anytime. Since you are dialating and softening then it will probably be soon.
