how do i changed doctors?

I hate my doctors office, it is always crowded and I have a different doctor every visit, and I want a steady doctor who understands I am a young mother and keeps her opinion of it to herself. The office is also disgusting, and they NEVER answer the phone, their rude and not flexible with my schedule. Do you need to be over 18 as well?
