i need some advice and encouraging words

I found out I might have a threatened miscarriage. My doctor is going to give me progesterone to help with my low horomone levels...I posted this earlier but no one commented. I started bleeding and spotting and had an ultrasound they said the baby looks great but my levels are low. I am about 9 weeks... anyone have advice??? I am worried and don't want to miscarry!!

    If the baby looks great you shoud be fine. You may just have to be on meds to help with your levels. They will definitely closely monitor you.

    Awe my prayers are with you. Taker it easy and no strenous activity. Rest and follow dr orders :) you can do it. Eat and drink as well . Hope everything works out for you

    I don't really have any advice but I have heard lots of stories with good endings from people who have been in your shoes. The progesterone really makes a difference I hear. This one lady had TONS of bleeding and chunks coming out of her but miraculously the baby was fine. She's like 27 weeks now. Just take it supereasy until you get past these really risky next few weeks. I wish you all the best.

    I had one at 15 weeks with my son. He looked healthy too and eventually everything went back to normal. Don't worry... stress will not help the situation.

    The 1st thing 2 do is not 2 worry. Worrying leads 2 stress which can lead 2 a miscarriage. Try and stay off ur feet and get as much rest as possible. Im sorry I don't have much advice. But im praying for you and hope all goes well.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you are in that situation. I have not been there myself, but stay positive and concentrate on your baby growing. The mind/body connection is strong. I will send good thoughts your way : )

    My friend had the same problem. After the doctor gave her horomones, and everything leveled out. Now she's got a beautiful, healthy son. Just think positive! Good luck! %%-

    Don't worry, progesterone shots suck, but help baby / pregnancy. Good news is baby looks good, so you are starting off from a good place! Stay calm and think happy baby thoughts!!! :)

    Thank you so much! I am really happy thy the ultrasound went well on monday. They said it looked great and I was actually a little farther along than what they had seen on 3/31. But then they took blood to just make sure since I was bleeding a little. I hope it all works out. Thanks again everyone!! I really appreciate you all!

    My friend had the same thing wrong with her and she couldn't carry past a certain week so she started bleeding and the ultrasound looked good but her levels where low so she got some pills and is now due in June.

    She also was put on bed rest due to the bleeding. You might wanna take it easy. Did your doctor say anything about your cervix?

    No. He said we will have to wait it out.. I have to take the progesterone until May 15th. But he didn't say anything about checking my cervix yet.. I have another appt on 4/25... and then my next ultrasound is on 5/10.

    I didn't know if he might checked you to see where the blood came from since if your cervix gets iretated it can bleed a little. Is it alot of blood?

    For the bleeding our Dr told is to take one baby aspirin daily. And it has stopped about three wks ago

    Not a lot of blood now.. I had kind of alot on Saturday. It is pink now.

    Don't take any aspirin products unless your doctor told you so.
