back pain och!!

I'll be 23 weeks 2mrw
How do u know if you have a kidney infection around six ystrday evening I got A fever took tylenol haven't gotten it back but have been super cold and in the middle of my back I have this annoying irradiating back pain like if its super sore I've been taking antibotics for bacteria in my urine since Friday so could this be a kidney infection ??

    @isaiahnjocelynsmommy Thank you I did call them this morning they said that if it gets worse then to come in sometimes I Feel so bad bc I feel like if I'm always in there lol,I was just there ystrday morning but for a diff problem
