Well im 38wks today .2 weeks ago I went for my check up. But since I started my 3trimst my doctor only check me down there once .is that normal?? All he do its listen to the babys heartbeat n messure my belly. He havent tell me anythin .i asked him if im gona get a last ultrasound n he say yes but im due on april 30 n he havent send me for one. My last one was when I was 19 wks preggo.i feel lost

Wow. My doctors office sees you every week after you hit 36 weeks. Some doctors won't check down there every appointment but your doctor will probably check you at your next appointment.

Sounds like your doctor isn't into communicating. I am so sorry. It sucks you don't get the small pleasures of pregnancy. ((((

U usually only get 2 ultrasounds unless u r high risk... he may check u from now on thou till u have the baby... with my first I was checked every week after 36wks n I hated it

I have my ob appoiment on monday. Hopefuly he ll say something to me. My mom keep asking if im gona have a vaginal birth or a c-cec like her n my 2 other sisters .idk wat to tell them anymore.i already told them that doctor says that since its my first baby he needs to try vaginal

He told me that the baby its good and im good n I just need to wait untill she comes.

I've only been checked down there once during the physical and one other time when I was bleeding. I think I might have been checked when I was considered full term for dilation and that was it.
