Constipation preparation for labor? (TMI)

Lol this may be tmi but sometimes my constipation is so bad and bowel movements are so painful I wonder if it's somewhat preparation for labor lol Anyone else feel that way?

    I was just there that I had blood tmi. Constipation happens but I heard lots get diarrhea before. I have ibs but with my first I was constipation

    I think shes saying the pain of a bm is preparing you for labor pain, not that its a sign of labor :) but yes def agree

    Lol yes not as a sign of labor I'm only 20 weeks. I'm going to get some fiber supplement and see if that helps.
