Bleeding n cramping

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have been bleeding and cramping. Everything looks fine from what DRs say. But Im still worried. Has anyone ever had this throughout their pregnancy or first trimester?

Its not heavy but enough to where I have to wear a panty liner but kinda a mucousy blood
