Fetal Kick Counts

I haven't been charting his kicks and I need to start asap, doc wants the paper. My question is although he kicks, he also jabs, swishes, and rolls too. Let's say I feel a swish then a jab does that count as 2?

yeppers my dr said all movements are counted i keep a track of how many of which right now all i feel is the kicks and rolls no jabs

A healthy baby should move 10 times in an hour. If u don't feel movement there could be a problem.
