I agree with @jwigs but maybe once a week. I had to restrain myself from burger king whoppers, I think my burger this week is going to be 5 guys. But as long as your still eating fruit veg. And everything you should be fine. Easy with the fountain soda, even though its 100 times better than from a bottle :-P
No, it doesn't harm it. The pamphlets at the doctors just say its not as much nutrition as a salad or grilled chicken breast sandwich and an apple. But its a guilty pleasure of many preggers.
@mommyclaudiaaa yeah its so tempting to eat that. I went nuts for a few weeks but then heard gaining to much weight quick cam increase risk of toxemia plus the weight you gain doesn't all fall off. Lol
That's good, I try to. I had gained about that much at 18 weeks. Your weight gain will pick up, I gained 5 lbs last month which was sad for me...no swim suit this summer
My dr said its kinda bad cuz the baby stomach will develope ahead. I just ate chicken nuggets from school snd she was like stop. Now imagine fast food. She has me on a diet boooo my babys stomach is a week a head
The thing to remember is that your baby will take what it needs from you, your job when you eat is to replace what it takes. So if you don't get enough calcium, for example, you run the risk of getting osteoporosis or losing teeth.
@laura536 (this isn't to stir, just funny story) my mom has Awful teeth, has only the ones in the front. She haunted me with thay for years that I caused it when she was pregnant with me. So I had a Dr apt a few weeks ago and asked, it is actually a wise tail. The baby can't cause damage in your teeth. But bc of hormones you do have more bacteria so floss and brush. I just thought it was funny someone brought thay up, didnt want anyone having the same fear I did, lol I don't wanna end up like mom lol

But lord I know all my baby wanted for a hot minute was cheeseburgers from Wendy's. Grossed myself out eating too many!
