Ear or toothache

Hey mommas, once in a while ill wake up from a deep sleep with either a horrible pain in my right ear or a pain in a front tooth. I know random right! What's really odd is once I'm up for a few mins the pain is gone, like it was never there to begin with. Anyone experience this or something similar?
