Lower back pain

The past 2 days I have a throbbing pain right in the middle of my lower back. It's not a Sharp pain...just hurts when I sit, stand, or move a certain way. I took tylenol but it doesn't even touch it. Any suggestions?

    I have it all the time. Asked my doctor about it today he said alternate heating pad and cold packs. If that doesnt help tylenol 650 mg every six hours for 3rd days he said the tylenol will help with inflammation. Im 17th weeks and 3rd days and he said the women that start having back pain in the beginning dont usually stop til after the baby but thats the number one complaint he hears. Hope that helps.
