I wash lucky enough to get my first charlie horse of this pregnancy early this morning. My question is my call muscle is still sore 8 hours later. Why and is that normal?

Yea normal. I get them and my leg hurts the next day all day. I hate them

Yes you will get plenty of them sometimes my muscles will hurt a couple days later still
