Im 16 this is my first baby n im 8w2d i had my first visit today n the doc said i have a heart murmur did anyone have this while pregnant im also a smoker (cigarettes) should i wing myalef off or jus stop right now, iv been smokeing sense i was 12 i jus dnt waanna cause any stress on the baby

People will tell you different things, so do what you thinks best whether its stopping straight away or gradually stopping over the next month good luck

I have a heart murmur as well and I was a smoker since I was 13 and I'm now 21 (quit 6weeks ago)... I would recommend trying a 3 or 4 day ween... its what I did... I started by smoking one every 3 my Bf smoked... next day a few drags every 3 cogs my Bf smoked... next day I did one right b4 bed... I've been good since and I can even be near others while they smoke without being bothered
