You can also google some streches that are safe to do while prego. My hubby had it and did some streches which really helped. Chiropractor probably won't give you much pain relef through medication because of baby. Good luck
Technically, if you are getting sciatic pains then you may have something else going on that is giving you "sciatica". "sciatica isn't a disorder in and of itself, but is a symptom of another problem involving the nerve, such as a herniated disc." Unless you are experiencing tingling in your toes or feet it may not even be your sciatic nerve. It may just be that your baby is putting pressure on a nerve and it just happens to go to your butt. I wouldn't recommend going to a chiropractor since many are not experienced and can't do much but straighten your upper region(such as your neck). I worked directly with a chiro/physical therapy office for some time and I have seen many people come through with many things. I myself have sciatica and it is caused from a herniated disc from giving birth to my first. Consult your obstetrician and then let them guide you.
