Abdomen pain?

Hey, so im 12w5d preg and I wanted to kno if anyone has had pain in there lower right stomach ive been getting pain there n im not sure what to do, I Went to the emergency room probably yesterday n they said my baby is perfectly fine n gave me tylenol n hooked up me up to I.v n I was feeling fine till late last night does anyone kno what this could be?

    Yea when I was 12-16 weeks I was getting these Sharp knife stabbing pains in my lower right abdomen I thought I was having a miscarriage but they said its normal to have that and its usually cause u are dehydrated I drank more water even though I thought I had drank enough for one day and it would stop I haven't had it for a long time now I'm 26 and 2 day with a healthy little boy

    Congrats on ur boy! Well im just worried cuz the pain just sucks n the doctors said if the pain consists it could be my appendix but I think ill call my ob doc again ask for their advice again. thanks alot:)
