Yesterday I was put on bedrest for high bp, today my bp is 109/63, should I go to the hospital?

Your 109/63 is really good bp hun. That's REALLY GOOD! I wouldn't see why you would have to go to the hospital for it regulating now. If you are concerned call your doctor, but that bp is very good and normal.
