One of my ribs is sticking out about a half inch and swollen I have not hit it or anything and I'm only 20 weeks any ideas as to what might be causing it?
I have actually had dislocated ribs, not while pregnant but it hurts like hell. My chiropractor was able to get it back in place. I would probably at least consult your doc and then maybe check with a chiropractor.
