Glucose Test results

I had my 1 hour glucose test done last week & my blood sugar was high. Now I go back next week & do the 3 hour glucose test & I'm very nerves. I'm pregnant with my 5th baby & I have never had this problem. Can anyone please give me some advice to help easy my mind cause I'm really scared, please?

    That happen to me and now I have gestational diabetes. Sometimes the first time is real high but then on your 3 hour one its possible you won't have it. Just start eating healthier and drink a lot of water. Its real diffcult to follow a strict diet and you gotta be chcking your glucose at every meal. I really hope you don't have it. Goodluck. .

    I hope and pray u dont have it.. its not a fun thing to have, especially being pregnant. this is my 2nd day of following the diet and I cried tonight because of it.. but I know it will help me and my baby out in the long run so I have to do it..
    my dr said alot of women that fail the one hr test, pass the 3 hr test.

    Same happen to me with my second baby. I failed the second test and had to go on a diet tht was like the akins diet. Tips I lived off coolwhip and carb smart ice cream bars from breyers. Soo good and cool whip only had 1 carb per table spoon and the ice cream was 5 but for ice cream tht tastes good it was worth it. Ill be getting a gtt in a month then back on this diet w/ bby 3

    the little booklet I got about it says they usually test between 24-28 weeks.. they caught mine right at 28 weeks..

    Had mine today won't get the results till monday i'm 27 weeks. Really hope that I don't have to go on a struck diet I have a hard time following diets use to eating what ever I want.@blessedmomma I hope that everything works out i'm sure it will be fine good luck.

    Thank you ladies & I'm really hoping I don't have it either cause I suck at sticking to diets. I take my 3 hour test Fri the 29th & as soon as I get my results I will let you all know. Thank you all again.
