I have a mom who keeps telling me to wait to have kids after I graduate from college and be married. But I am having twins and starting to show it. I keep having dreams that I need to let her know but how can I say something if I have not finished college yet or gotten married. All on top of it she doesn't know that I am back with my old bf of 4 yrs.

My mom is the same way i was literally scared to tell her, didnt know how. I went to her house and started talking, and just said mom.. i need to talk to u about something.. what is the one thing that would change my life forever... and she guessed it. She seemed disappointed at first but right away started givin me advise, telling what i could do to get help etc. She was actually really supportive, now she cant even wait!!

My moms the same! I've been w my fiance for almost 5 yrs, I'm working he's working, we have a house. I'm just going to tell her on mother's day. Ill figure out how! Good luck!!

I sat my mom down and just talked to her about stuff that has been on my chest for so long then at the end I told her I wad pregnant she seemed happy probably to make me feel better since I was crying lol

Babies first. That is something she can be excited about then tell her about the bf. Why doesnt she like him. Lol my mom told me I needed a kids like a hole in my head. I was scared to tell mine too, but now she is super supportive and lives Adrian to death.

I am a granny to be. We also wanted my daughter married and finished with her education before having children. My daughter and her bf invited both sets of parents over for dinner to meet each other. They told us then. They told us before anyone else. They already had insurance, done first OB appointment, plans for finishing school. etc. It took a little while to get used to the idea, but both famlies are supporting them 100%. No drama, just working together for the best for mommy, daddy and baby.

I think granny2b hit right on the spot cuz it fit my situation but his parents live in the next state over. But I about to be finish with school and been engaged for 2 yrs just didn't think that it was a big deal to tell everyone like having ur first child but in my case kids at once lol

I don't talk to my mum, but when I told my dad I was pregnant with my son I was so scared I just text him cz it seemed easier doing that than saying it to his face lol he picked me up frm my bfs house later that night and we talked about it but it was just getting those words out that I struggled with. With this one I bought my 2 yr old son a t-shirt saying 'im going to be a big brother' and took him round to my dads house, it took him a while to click on but I thought it was a sweet way of telling people

I felt the same way my mom always told me tht she'd beat the baby outa me if I evr got pregnant I was also scared to tell her but aftr I decided tht I was keeping my baby I had to suck it up n tell her...I was very nervous but I told her through txt while I was at wrk so I wudnt hav time to tlk if she calld...she thought I was playn at first but she was very happy is ths her first grandbaby
