Doc problems...

Soo..im 25 weeks and havent seen a doctor in about 6 I wanted to go to my apt but didnt have any money, so I rescheduled and because I did that my doc said he was going to drop me as a patient, because I rescheduled but wouldnt work anything out cause I couldnt pay, instead he said "apply for medicaid" well I did and didnt qualify, mind you I have insurance...im just so worried that no doctor is going to see me so late in my pregnancy... Im so pissed...

Dobu have a really high copay? Maybe u could try planned parenthood or the health dept. I hate how insurance/ medical works in our country. Unacceptable that a pregnant woman has to worry about receiving care.

Is there a county pregnancy support office? Or similar? We have a small office/clinic that does free check ups to women in need. Im not sure how you qualify but it seems pretty open door. They don't do intense expensive things but they will listen to the heartbeat and ultrasound on site. They could at least point you in the right direction

@Equality1stbaby I asked them and the clerk said, uh...i dont think so.....@Carly with my insurance my deductible is so high, I have to pay for 20% of my visits, and they keep overcharging me... @maggie im going to look into it, I live in San Antonio Tx, and am going to google clinics...I just feel this is so ridiculous im paying $200 a month for insurance and I can't even go to the doctor.....lame...

Oh yeah. I pay an arm and leg too... its ridiculous. I've already paid $1800 out of pocket....and haven't delivered yet. Can't wait for that bill
