Failed my 3 hr. gluclose test and depressed
:-S. Did anyone else fail their gluclose test and or have any words to help ease my mind. My doctor said it will go away after he is born but I fee like I did something wrong. I am scheduled for a sonogram and GD teaching and dieting tomorrow morning. Just feeling down.

They haven't done an ultrasound yet but I swear my baby has got to be 7-8 lbs already. And getting bigger by the day. Hopefully I'll deliver early and not late )
Now the baby's size is on the large side. She was 8 lbs at 36 weeks and putting on about a pound a week. So if i make it to 39 weeks we will induce!
@ammasmama- I wonder if they will tell me something similar if he is close to or already 6 lbs today when I have the sonogram. I jut can't imagine working and moving around with an 8 to 9 lb baby in my belly. Some days now it is difficult to find energy to do anything after I come home from work.
Im overweight and pretty sure I have GD.my last preg I failed my 1st and passed my 2nd.I was horribly sick the whole preg and my son was born 10lbs.im feeling worse this pregnancy im 25wks I've already had one test im calling 2day to find out results.even if im not I want to eat even more heather than I am now.I haven't gained any weight yet.my last preg I only gained 10lbs.after my last I also had to have my gallbladder removed so I eat alot of fat free food.
Lean cuisine makes multiple entrees that are less than 45 carbs. If they r around 30 carbs and I'm sick of bacon and eggs I will have one for breakfast. I'll usually have one closer to 45 carbs for lunch. Grilled cheese with fruit or a turkey/ham melt on bread with fruit or milk is about 45 carbs too.
I love the Edys no sugar added fruit bars. They are 5 carbs and I snack on them all the time. I think they taste better than the sugar free popsicles. Jello.makes a pudding called sweet temptations that is sugar free and they r about 5 carbs too
Sometimes if im trying to be really healthy I'll make a spinach salad with seasoned lean meat (pork or chicken) pears,cheese, and a spicy vinagrette (or just balsamic) and bacon.
