mother in law hates me!!

Me and my husband have been together for over 10years now and his mom still treats me like crap! She has never gotten over me being pregnant at my wedding! We already had a date picked and 1 month before the wedding I found out we was pregnant! Give me a break! She never acts ugly in front of my hubby! Just when he is not around! And when I tell him he never says anything to her! I haven't never really said anything mean to her when she Is being mean! But I'm fixing to start! Every time we go over she says hey fatty! I can't stand her! I'm pregnant with with me and my husbands 5th baby! What van I do yall? This has went on to long already! Help!

    Maybe bring it up with your hubby when she's there or try to speak to her in front of him? If you do it in front of your hubby it will make her feel like crap. Or you could say you won't see her again till he speaks to her. If you're married with 5 kids to the same man, she should have a lot more respect. She's probably jealous of you too, cause your man loves you and you probably look more amazing after 5 then she looked before she even had kids. Stay strong bebe, you're your man's #1. Not her!

    Sit down and have a heart-to-heart chat with her. If she isn't willing to do that, cut her out of your life. If she IS willing to do that and doesn't change, cut her out of your life. I settled a lot of differences and misconceptions with my mother-in-law this way (after 5 years of being with her son).

    I don't think it's a good idea to have the talk with your husband present. People tend to be more defensive when they're confronted in front of other people.

    Thanks mamas! Me and my husband never argue except about his mom! I think she wanted him to be a mamas boy for the rest of his life! I'm not the type of person to ever let someone talk crap about me! But Its like I don't want to be mean to her cause she is his mom ya know? The last time we was over at her house and she said hey fatty to me (my husband was standing right beside me) I grabbed my husband's ass and said I know its cause your son can't get enough of me! I never knew someone could turn that many shades of red! She was pissed and my husband was cracking up! Maybe just me being a funny smart ass will shut her up!! Lol
