(Venting) Just because they are close in age....
Just because you have babies close in age does not mean that they will have more in common. That comes from how you parent. I have nothing in common with my sister who is 18 months younger then me. I never had much in common with her. ALL MY LIFE. She has her own personality. Doesnt mean I dont love her less. Just means we dont have anything in common with her. I have more in common with my brother who is 4 years younger because we have similar personalities. My daughter is wonderful and she is very outgoing. She loves to be around people. My son is mellow and rather play alone then with his sister. They are only 2 years apart. They play together sometimes but they are 2 very different little people. They have their own personalities and I foster that. I want them to be who they are and forced to be anything else. I cant force them to have things in common and want to play. My son rather play with our dog then his sister. My daughter rather play with her babies/barbies and have a tea party then play with her brother. To be quite honest I wouldnt have it any other way.
