Sure. Just keep it clean. Children love furry animals and rabbits are generally nice. We had them growing up. Keep your baby away from poop and pee and always wash your hands after playing with it
Yes bunnies are safe. I have a four year old house bunny and talked to my doctors both times I was pregnant about it and they both said it was fine. Bunnies don't eat meat so there is no toxoplasmosis or anything to worry about
