Belly support belts

My upper back and lower back has really been bothering me lately, I'm only 22 weeks and haven't gained any weight yet. Was just wondering if anyone thought a belly support belt would help my back or is it to early for that to be the cause?

    I bought 1 n didn't know how to use it properly. I was gonna ask the doc but I took it to Vegas n left it there so now I gotta spend money n get another 1 DAMN

    They also sell one at babies r us. But wer don't live near one. I'm thinking of going to the motherhood store and buying one. I just didn't want to get one if that probably want the reason.
