I had a 1st grade teacher beat on my daughters desk until she cried. I confronted the teacher and then she called my child a liar! Needless to say I came unglued and pulled my child out of that school that day and enrolled her into a neighboring school under my moms address.

Omfgeeze I swear ive been in ur shoes and I flipped out a girl grabbed my son by his throat and scratched his face her mom grabbed my son n I snapped I pulled my son out of the program and filed a grievance with the director not to mention insisted that the girls mother be handled I gave them 48 hours or I was callin cps let me tell u I was psycho mom on them and they had to fire the teacher and remove the girl also the mom wasnt allowed near the building even after the whole ordeal I didnt take him bk I told the director wtf does this girl know how to choke like that omg im so mad for u

I marched in there and had to let them know I wasn't going to just let them brush it under the rug. I first went into the directors office and she made me so mad I wanted to snatch her up by her ugly ass wig. She was trying to tell me I was out of line for making a scene and cursing the women out! I just couldn't wrap my mind around what she was saying. She then went onto tell me I parent my son wrong!! At this point I was so fed up with her bullshit. I was like 'Look bitch I'm only going to tell you this once and I'm going to say it really slow so your little simply mind can comprehend what I am telling you. If you don't fix this to my liking, I'm going to be forced to fix it myself and its not going to be a pretty sight. I have tolerated everyone in the town for long enough and I'm done being nice and walking around here on pins and needles, just because my family is different from the majority of people here. I am a mother, a wife, and a damn good women and I will not sit here while you people continue to belittle my family and I and you make us seem ignorant and underprivileged, which we are not! My husband I are both college graduated and if we were as stupid and poor as everyone thinks we are why would we be living in the same neighborhood as you, driving the same kind of cars as you, and have amazing careers? You sit behind your big cheap looking desk and have the nerve to lecture me about parenting.' I told her my husband and I wanted to have a meeting with her and the teacher and the other parents. I told her I already had gone to this woman's home and we got into an altercation, I admit it was wrong and I do feel wrong for being that ignorant and letting these people see what they think we are like already. (Mind you this was my first GHETTO outbreak in the town lol) I would apologize for coming to her home and invading her space and privacy and personal property if she would admit she was wrong and apologize for putting her hands on my son and give me a reason to why she felt that was necessary?! So today my husband and I met with the teacher, she didnt want to meet with the other parents so I took the opportunity to give her a piece of my mind. I did get loud with her and I made her cry a little, but I made it clear to her that if my child is ever touched or hurt by another adult when he is supposed to be under her supervision I would have her fired, sued, and whatever I have to do to make her understand she is protecting children. Her job is not to just sit around and day dream her job is to watch our kids and make sure nothing happens to them and she slipped the fuck up that day! I didn't ask for her to be fired, my son is very fond of her as a teacher and I do believe it was an accident on her part, I am still upset but I won't ever forget her carelessness. Tomorrow I meet with that women and her husband and I will let you all know what happens I have a feeling it will be very heated and lots of ugly things will be said, but I will make her regret the day she ever even looked at my child! I want her to have to change day cares, today my son came home with a huge scratch down his face to his neck and told me her son did it. Im getting so fed up with this shit. My son is always marked or bruised up from him and when I walk into the store with him people are always staring I know they are thinking I don't take good enough care of him, but he never hurt in my supervision! I think she needs to be kicked out since her child is violent. At the last daycare I had my son in back home, they would right the kids up like they were in h.school lol and once they had 3 they wold suspend them maybe this is what this school needs because I'm tired of my child being hurt and as he is the victim I don't think I should be forced to move him to a home daycare!!!

that's messed up... u should call child protective services or CPS on the director she can get in some deep shit for not taking care of the kids right they'll also make sure its a safe place for your son I knw cuz this lady at my sons daycare had a CPS case her case worker went to check ona her daughter the director told me she thought someone called them on her n that she got scared bcuz if they say SHUT IT DWN its ovr I was like wow! So if u feel she's not being responsible call CPS they may bot close the daycare but that can get u to ur goal of getting her fired good luck girl..

I will always stand up for my family, because I know I have an amazing one! My child is well behaved, intelligent, and caring, my husband is a perfect gentleman and an amazing father and I won't let anyone look down on them like they aren't as good as them. It is amazing how childish and petty people are and closed minded, the only reason I enjoy this town is it is small and hardly any crime! The last incident they had here was a guy who went and robbed a store with a note and he actually robbed his sister who was working there lol! But I will give you an update this evening on what goes down!! And don't worry I'll only be packing my sharp tongue! Well wait I am Mexican so maybe a knife too! lol ;-)
@2_Going_On_3 Yeah, they can get shut down and if that happens all their facilities will probably get closed down. My father-in-law runs a foster care company in Houston and was telling me that I could be the end of them because I have kept every incident report they ever sent home with him and pictures of all this marks. Ok maybe that is crazy but I never had this issue at his old school and it really worried me so I started keeping a file because it was at least 3 times a week he is getting hurt by another kid! And sometimes he has visible marks on his face that you can't miss and they don't even bother filing out a form. Which ok I know your busy with 11 kids but if my son has a huge gash down his face you could at least mention to me what happened when I come to get him why should I have to inquire about it?! Also this place is scamming people. There are people that go there that get state assistance with their payments and I was talking to one of the other moms a few months ago and she is on Title XX and she said they authorize her for w.e hours she works so if she is working Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm the state pays for that. But say she has to go to the Dr after work or something and she leaves her child there for an extra 30 min and doesn't get him until 4:30 the daycare double bills for that!! So the state is paying them for the 8 hours and then they daycare is billing her a whole day rate for just leaving him there for a little longer. So she gets stuck paying $38.00 for 30 min! My father-in-law told me that that's illegal they can't bill like that if they are billing the state hourly they can't turn around and bill a parent by the day for less than a day of services. So I could call CPS and call the state and have them audited. I don't think its fair that they are doing this to this women, she is a single mother, her husband passed away and she has no family and works everyday and has 2 kids and is trying to do it all alone and they continue to screw her. And if she has to work late or anything he is having to pay $38 dollars every day!! That adds up so quick. This place just sucks! Thanks for the luck
