Lay on your left side with your knees towards your chest. Or a warm bath. Those work for me. If not your left side try on your right. Also try rubbing your belly
I drink a glass of water with a half of teaspoon of baking powder mixed in. Doesn't taste great. Then I lie across the bed with my knees to my chest and my butt in the air and wait to fart. Always works for me.
